Orders
Once we have received your order we will acknowledge it and advise you on delivery times and confirm costs.

Delivery times
United Kingdom up to 28 days.
Europe and Eire up to 30 days.
Rest of the World up to 40 days.

Delivery costs
UK = £9.00
Europe and Eire = £19.00
Rest of the World = £25.00

Orders will not be accepted without full payment.
The customer is responsible for correctly measuring their feet.
When you receive your shoes please try them on indoors and with socks.

Footware ordered in any of our standard sizes may be returned for an alternative size in the same style. However the footware must be returned within 21 days of receipt and be unworn and in "as new condition" ie. resaleable. The customer is liable for any extra postage costs incurred by this.
